Worked in the Samsung R&D department for language technologies in the italian NLU team.

My work significantly improved the feature deployment process by introducing customized tools and enhancing the deployment workflow.
This had a positive impact on our overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Worked on the development and maintenance of specific components of Bixby , Samsung's intelligent voice assistant.
  • Localized and optimized the Bixby italian NLU language model.
  • Handled the integration and development of new italian domain-specific functionalities that the final user can interact with.
  • Coordinated feature sprints with international teams all over the world to synchronously release voice assistant functionalities in each of the supported countries.

PHP Web Developer

This project served as a precursor to the governmental standardized SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale).

Freelance consultant

Sometimes I do work as freelance for fun.
By doing this alongside my main job I can get to decide which projects to work on and which not.
Some of the notable projects I worked on are:
  • Cygnus Project: it was an Electron-based hybrid Windows application designed as a control panel for a set of EDM machines.
    The application utilized the OPCUA library for seamless integration and communication.

Side projects

CTO and Co-Founder

Founded and worked as a CTO of 6vids, an adult search engine website.
The platform included over 50 million searchable indexed adult videos and was implemented on top of the Elasticsearch software.
Unfortunately the platform is not online anymore, a revamped and rebranded version will be available in the future.
In the meantime, the old version is "available" through the web archive website here.
